Gem Guest House

Throughout the year, we welcome visitors to the Gem for overnight stays at our lovely Guest House.

Whether your visit includes time at Gem Village, or you just need comfortable accommodations while in Uganda, we welcome you to stay with us! 

We are so grateful for your support and generosity during your stay at the Gem Guest House. Your contributions help ensure the ongoing care of our children and support the day-to-day operations of The Gem Foundation.

Gem Guest House Information

  • Our current Guest House bed and breakfast nightly rate is $35 per night per person.

  • Airport transfer services are available, with the cost of $75 one-way.

  • A private hire can be arranged for day trips to Kampala for a cost of $50.

  • Please email the Gem Office with dates, number of rooms, and number of guests for your requested stay. We will confirm availability and get back to you as soon as possible.

Upon your stay with us, please use this form for payment of your Guest House fees.

All funds raised through Guest House payments directly support The Gem Foundation’s daily operations. By staying at the Guest House and making a payment, you are helping us continue our mission to provide care, therapy, and support for children with special needs.
